歐羅套房累西腓由國家旅館 (Hotel Euro Suíte Recife Boa Viagem by Nacional Inn)

Sempre que vamos a Recife ficamos hospedados no euro suit, um hotel muito bem localizado, com profissionais super educados, o café da manhã é muito bom, sempre amamos, detalhe importante é que ele fica em frente as piscinas naturais com uma piscina com vista incrível, voltaremos sempre para ele

O hotel fica em frente à praia de boa viagem , em uma ótima localização , perto de mercadinho , de lanches e do shopping. O café da manhã é bem variado , o quarto amplo e confortável . O sinal do Wi-Fi ficava instável e/fraco , mas fora isso , tudo muito bom. A piscina fica com vista para o mar. Super recomendo.

Hotel agradável, bem localizado, boa locomoção, equipe de funcionários atenciosos e prestativos, café da manhã farto e delicioso. Voltarei mais vezes, se Deus permitir.

O único ponto negativo foi o porta cartão que ficava desligando a energia do quarto e quando chamamos a manutenção eles falaram que não podiam fazer nada. Passamos a estadia toda tendo que mexer no porta cartões para religar a energia.

O hotel é simples, mas bem localizado e com funcionários atenciosos. Não gostei da academia, café da manhã ok.

Staff is very nice. Free breakfast buffet is adequate but nothing to brag about. Every time we ordered any type of meat (steak, veal parmigiana, beef soup) from room service menu it was incredibly horrible and we could literally not even cut it with a knife. We use the scissors and tore it apart with our bare hands. Room service can take up to two hours to get your food.  housekeeping ladies are very nice, as well as, some of the maintenance man. Every room we’ve ever stayed in the toilet seats are broken and scary when you sit on them. Don’t even think about having hot water in your shower whatsoever. And when it’s checkout time, you better be out of there as soon as possible!

If you don’t get a family suite which is any floor with the room number ending in “01” your window is providing you a view of nothing whatsoever, maybe in air-conditioning unit or staring at an ugly building next-door and view into someone’s private apartments. Front desk staff is fairly nice. Room service food is horrible and I challenge you to try to cut through any piece of meat off the menu whether it be steak or veal etc. We have a used scissors to cut through our feet which time. Room service takes a couple of hours. Hot water out of the shower is a rare treat. Every toilet seat has always been broken and very uncomfortable to sit on. Housekeeping ladies are very nice and work hard. The parking garage is a landmine of killers and obstacles just begging to be hit by a car. If you don’t have a miniature vehicle, don’t even bother going into the garage because you’ll never make it in and out safely. After three years they finally fix the second elevator, unfortunately, the numbers don’t coincide with the floors so each elevator has different buttons and different numbers.
